To make fresh yogurt, simply mix 1 liter of milk with the yogurt ferment. Let the mixture ferment in a power-free My.Yo yogurt maker or in a standard electric yogurt maker for 12-14 hours at 37-42°C. The preparation is as simple as boiling a cup of water.
