









My.Yo, the probiotic yogurt ferment, is perfect for easy preparation of fresh yogurt. It is a highly active ferment that gives a creamy and natural consistency, full of live cultures. This product allows you to produce up to 15 liters of yogurt, making it particularly economical and practical for those who appreciate healthy eating.
The My.Yo yogurt ferment offers numerous benefits:
Organic maltodextrin (min. 98%), from controlled organic farming, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, LA-5® and BB-12®.
Preparing yogurt is simple: mix 1 liter of milk with the yogurt ferment and let it ferment in the battery-operated My.Yo yogurt maker or in a conventional electric device for 12-14 hours at 37-42°C. Detailed preparation instructions can be found in the leaflet included in the packaging.
