The My.Yo yogurt culture offers numerous benefits:
Organic maltodextrin (min. 98%), sourced from controlled organic farming, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, LA-5® and BB-12®.
Preparing yogurt is simple: mix 1 liter of milk with the yogurt culture and allow it to set in the My.Yo yogurt maker without electricity or in a conventional electric device for 12-14 hours at 37-42°C. A precise preparation guide can be found in the packaging insert.
