Organic maltodextrin (min. 98%), from controlled organic farming. Contains the microbial strains Lactococcus lactis, Leuconostoc, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Kluyveromyces marxianus, as well as the probiotic LA-5®.
The preparation of kefir is simple: Mix 1 liter of milk with the kefir ferment and let the mixture sit in the My.Yo yogurt maker without power for 24 hours at 25-35°C. For best results, make sure to boil the milk beforehand if using fresh milk.
