Warranty Terms

1. The seller grants warranty on articles within the framework of statutory provisions, provided the manufacturer or importer also grants warranty on such articles.

2. In case of warranty claims, the buyer has no right to reimbursement of the purchase price, but only to replacement of the defective article.

3. The purchase amount remains fully due even in warranty cases, within the deadlines and conditions communicated on the payment methods.

4. The defective article must be sent to the manufacturer of the article for warranty service provision.

5. For articles which are defective upon arrival of the order at the buyer's location (DOA = Death on Arrival), the seller will cover the costs for sending the article to the manufacturer as a goodwill gesture.

6. For defective articles with warranty claims sent to the seller, the seller will only forward the article to the manufacturer within the framework of warranty services granted by the manufacturer.

7. The warranty services are detailed in the article's accompanying documentation or additional manufacturer information and are determined solely by the manufacturer of an article.
