Returns
1. Returns must be sent to the following address:

8590 Romanshorn (Please always include the order number when returning items) 2. Only items that do not have a "Non-returnable" notice in the shop or on the invoice can be returned by the buyer to the seller.
3. Non-returnable items are excluded from returns due to hygienic, legal or logistical circumstances. These include in particular, but are not limited to:
- Food and beverages
- Medicines and nutritional supplements and other remedies
- Hygienically sensitive items
- Baby items
- Items ordered from the manufacturer for the buyer
4. A return period of 14 days applies.
5. The return period is valid from delivery of the item. For returns, the date of the postmark on the return is decisive.
6. Properly returned items must meet the following requirements when they arrive at the seller's returns department:
- unopened
- undamaged
- not taped
- unsoiled
- free from markings
- in original packaging
7. Effort and costs for the return are at the buyer's expense.
8. In case of improper return, the seller has the right to refuse acceptance of the return. In this case, there is no entitlement to repeated, free shipping of improperly returned items.
9. Upon proper return of items, the buyer will be credited with the charged basket value of the items. Upon proper return of an entire order, the shipping costs of the order will also be credited. The credit is applied to the payment method used for the order and usually takes place within 1 to 3 working days after processing.
10. The seller covers the costs for returning items only under the following conditions:
- incorrectly delivered items
- items not ordered
- incomplete items
- items defective on arrival (DOA)
