









The My.Yo Vegan Organic Yogurt Culture is ideal for anyone looking to make plant-based yogurt products at home. Made from ingredients sourced from controlled organic farming, it allows for the easy production of delicious yogurt from various milk alternatives.
The live bacteria included enhance the creaminess and flavor of the yogurt, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a plant-based diet.
Organic maltodextrin (min. 95%), strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus.
The culture can be used with different milk alternatives. To make fresh yogurt, mix the culture with one of the following options: soy drinks, cow's milk, almond/oat drinks, or coconut milk (with a coconut content > 60%) and optionally a thickening agent such as agar-agar. One packet is sufficient for the production of up to 15 liters of yogurt.
