Gourmet mountain lentils*
The lentils should be thoroughly washed before preparation. In a ratio of 1 part lentils to 2-3 parts water, they can be cooked until tender, which usually takes about 20-30 minutes. A recommended portion size is about 100 g of uncooked lentils per person.
