Usage

The flour can be used in various baking recipes. For a classic bread dough, it is advisable to mix 500 g of flour with 300 ml of water, 10 g of salt, and 7 g of yeast. A resting time of 1 hour for the dough should be observed, followed by shaping and the final baking process at 220°C for about 25 minutes.
