Unlike tampons, the cup does not absorb blood but collects it, depending on the model, with a volume ranging from 8 ml to 30 ml. This menstrual cup is ideal for athletic women with a stronger pelvic floor who need reliable protection even during physical activities.

Application
The menstrual cup should be sterilized before use. Fold the cup before insertion and gently place it in the vagina. The cup will unfold automatically once correctly positioned. Regularly empty the cup as needed, at least every 6 to 8 hours.
