









The Holle whole grain oat porridge gluten-free is a high-quality organic porridge, specially developed for infants from 5 months onwards. This porridge contains 100% WHOLE GRAIN OAT FLOUR of Demeter quality, making it ideal for the first step in introducing cereals into your baby's diet. Its gluten-free formulation is particularly suitable for babies' sensitive digestion and allows for a gradual introduction of gluten-containing cereals. The porridge can be prepared in various ways, whether as a milk porridge, dairy-free porridge, or fruit porridge, and is also sugar-free, making it a healthy choice.

WHOLE GRAIN OAT FLOUR (100%), Thiamine (Vitamin B1, vitamined according to the law)
1. Warm 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to about 50 °C. 2. Add 22 g of cereal flakes (corresponding to about 5-6 tablespoons). 3. Stir well and let it sit for a moment. Check the consumption temperature (about 37 °C). Alternatively, the porridge can also be prepared with various liquids such as breast milk or fruit puree to vary the flavor.
