






The Holle Organic 3 Grain Baby Porridge is specially formulated for infants from 6 months onwards. This nutritious porridge contains a balanced mix of whole grain rice flour, corn flour, and millet flour, providing a varied and complete diet for introducing solid foods. The porridge is gluten-free and is ideal for initial attempts at weaning, as it is easy to digest.
The main ingredients are processed gently to preserve their nutrients. This makes this porridge a nourishing and tasty choice for your child.
Whole grain rice flour* 70 %, corn flour** 20 %, whole grain millet flour* 10 %, thiamine (vitamin B1, fortified as per legislation). * from organic farming ** from biodynamic farming. May contain traces of MUSTARD.
To prepare the porridge, warm 100 ml of full-fat milk and 100 ml of water to about 50 °C. Then add 6 tablespoons (25 g) of cereal flakes and mix everything thoroughly. Let the porridge swell briefly and check the appropriate consumption temperature of about 37 °C. Alternatively, this porridge can also be prepared with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of full-fat milk, or water.
Energy: 1624 kJ / 383 kcal per 100 g. Fat: 2.7 g of which saturated fatty acids: 0.7 g, carbohydrates: 79 g of which sugars: 0.8 g, protein: 8.6 g, salt: 0.1 g, thiamine (vitamin B1): 1.1 mg per 100 g. The values are approximate indications.
