






The Holle Organic Baby Porridge Spelt is a premium organic grain porridge specially developed for infants starting from 5 months. It provides a delicious and nutrient-rich foundation for introducing solid foods and supports healthy nutrition in your child's early development.
The properties of the spelt porridge make it an excellent choice for introducing solid foods. Due to its slightly nutty flavor, it can be ideally combined with other gluten-free foods, making the gradual introduction of solid foods easier.
WHOLE SPELT FLOUR 100%, Thiamin (Vitamin B1, vitaminized according to law) from biodynamic farming.
1. Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to about 50 °C.
2. Add 22 g of cereal flakes (5 - 6 tablespoons).
3. Mix well and let the porridge swell for a moment. Make sure the eating temperature is about 37 °C. Enjoy!
You can also prepare the porridge with breast milk, infant formula, or water.
