Application

1. Open the plastic socks along the marked line.
2. Put on the socks and close them with the adhesive strip. For a better fit, you can wear regular socks over the Footner socks.
3. Wear the socks for 60 minutes in an upright position.
4. After application, wash the feet with warm water to remove any remaining gel.
5. After 5-7 days, the calluses will begin to peel off. It is recommended not to remove the skin mechanically. Allow at least four weeks between applications.
