Usage

Using the elmex Junior mouthwash is simple: rinse the mouth twice daily with 10 ml for about 30 seconds, then gargle and spit out. Be sure to use the dosing aid: gently squeeze the bottle to get the recommended amount of 10 ml - excess solution flows back into the bottle. It is important not to swallow the mouthwash or rinse with water. The usage should not exceed three times daily and should always be in addition to brushing teeth.
