Application
To make optimal use of the benefits of Tebodont-F mouthwash, it is recommended to rinse 2-3 times daily undiluted for 60-90 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow. The bottle should be held upright and lightly squeezed until the desired amount of 10 ml is reached. The final rinse should ideally be performed in the evening before bed to ensure continuous care overnight.
