Usage

The knee support should be chosen according to your knee circumference. Recommended sizes are:
Size S: circumference: 31 - 33cm
Size M: circumference: 34 - 36cm
Size L: circumference: 37 - 39cm
Size XL: circumference: 40 - 43cm

It is recommended to wear the support over the skin after applying a cream, waiting about 30 minutes before putting it on to maximize the effectiveness of treatment.
