The special property of carob seed gum ensures that the food reaches an ideal viscosity, allowing it to stay better in the stomach. It is important to use the product according to a doctor's instructions.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, thickener: carob seed gum (0.5g/100ml), calcium carbonate, iron sulfate, zinc sulfate.
Application
To use Aptamil AR Thickening Agent, wash your hands and boil the teat and bottle beforehand. Breast milk should be expressed or the usual milk prepared according to the preparation instructions. The milk should ideally be cooled to 40 °C. Add the thickening agent according to the dosage table, roll the bottle between your hands (5 seconds), and shake it well (2 seconds). After a waiting time of 7 minutes, the thickening agent is ready for use. Alternatively, it can also be used with spoons for breastfed babies or infants starting with complementary feeding.
Composition
Aptamil AR Thickening Agent is a powder that can be mixed with the baby's usual milk and is designed for specific nutritional needs related to increased spitting and reflux. It should only be used after consulting a doctor to ensure the baby's health.
