Usage
For adults and children from 4 years: The recommended dosage is 3-4 cups of tea per day between meals. For preparation, you should pour boiling water over a tea bag and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bag and lightly press it to bring out the aroma optimally.
