To prepare oat cream soup, follow this procedure: Add the oat cream to cold water, stir well and bring the mixture to a boil. Refine the soup as desired with fresh herbs, butter, or cream. For one serving, use 2dl of water and 13g of oat cream. A larger amount can be adjusted for ten servings using 130g of oat cream and 20dl of water.
