To prepare jams, bring 1 kg of fruit with a little water (40ml) to a boil and cook the fruit until tender. At the end of the cooking process, slowly add 30-50g of Gelimo, depending on the gelling power of the fruit. Stir well and allow to boil for 1 minute before adding 900g of sugar.
