Application

For use in the washing machine: Wear gloves and ensure the machine is clean and limescale-free. Weigh the dry textiles before dyeing. Cut a corner of the clear containers that hold the textile dye and the fixer. Place these in the drum and cover them with 500 g of table salt, regardless of the dye dose. Set the machine to the longest wash cycle at 40°C. After dyeing, follow with another wash cycle with detergent to remove excess color.

For hand washing: Use about 7 liters of very hot water in a suitable bowl. Mix the textile dye and fixer with 500 g of table salt until the substances are completely dissolved. Submerge the textiles in the dye bath and let them sit for 30 minutes while stirring occasionally.
