Usage

For immediate pain relief: Apply twice daily with fingertips directly to the sensitive tooth and gently massage for 1 minute. For underage users (under 12 years): Do not use fingertip application. For prolonged pain relief: Apply toothpaste to a soft toothbrush and brush teeth twice daily, ensuring all sensitive areas are covered. For children up to 6 years: Use only a pea-sized amount and brushing should only be done under adult supervision.
