Application

For immediate relief: apply twice daily directly onto the sensitive tooth with a fingertip and gently massage for 1 minute. For minors (under 12 years): do not use fingertip application. For sustained relief: apply toothpaste to a soft toothbrush and brush teeth twice a day, ensuring all sensitive areas are addressed. For children aged up to 6 years: use only a pea-sized amount, and brushing should only be done under supervision.
