Ingredients

Organic rice flour 45%, organic barley flour 18%, organic millet flour 15%, organic rye flour 7% (CH), organic spelt flour 5% (CH), organic oat flour 5%, organic corn flour 5%, antioxidant (primarily tocopherol-rich extracts), vitamin B1.

Usage

Preparing Bio-7 is incredibly simple. You can either prepare it as a porridge or add it directly to a bottle. The flexibility allows for combinations with various liquids:
Porridge with infant or follow-on milk:
- Boil 100 ml of water
- Allow to cool to about 45°C
- Mix 7 measuring spoons of Bio-7 and 3 measuring spoons of milk powder

Porridge with cow's milk (from 12 months onwards):
- 120 ml warm cow's milk
- Add 7 measuring spoons of Bio-7 and stir well

Homemade porridge:
- Add 3-4 measuring spoons of Bio-7.

Tip: Adding Bio-7 also makes vegetable or fruit meals more satisfying. When preparing in a bottle, it is recommended to switch nipples beforehand for optimal consistency.
