For use as skin or massage oil, a maximum of 10 drops can be mixed with 50 ml of a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil. When used as a bath additive, it is advisable to add 8-15 drops with 4 tablespoons of cream or milk to the bathwater. This application technique allows for ideal distribution and intensive care during bathing or massage.
