Per capsule: Inulin 110 mg, capsule: cellulose (HPMC), filler: potato starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, antioxidant: vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Bacterial strains: Bifidobacterium longum IN-135, Bifidobacterium bifidum IN-137, Bifidobacterium breve IN-140, Lactobacillus acidophilus IN-122, Lactobacillus casei IN-108, Lactobacillus reuteri IN-102, Lactobacillus rhamnosus IN-111, Lactobacillus plantarum IN-114, Lactococcus lactis IN-128, Enterococcus faecium IN-151.

Usage

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid after a meal to achieve the target of 20 billion CFU per day.
