Application

To prepare a brine solution, place the Himalayan crystal salt chunks in a jar and cover them with water. Let the jar sit overnight. The solution is considered saturated when the salt chunk no longer dissolves (approximately 26%). Take one teaspoon of this brine in the morning and regularly refill with water. Cover the jar to keep dust and dirt away. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of still water daily.
