Application

To prepare a brine drinking solution, place the Himalayan rock salt pieces in a jar and cover them with water. Let the jar sit overnight. The solution is considered saturated when the salt piece no longer dissolves (approximately 26%). Take a teaspoon of this brine solution in the morning and regularly refill with water. Cover the jar to keep out dust and dirt. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of still water daily.
