Caffeine promotes quicker penetration of the active water into the skin, while urea retains moisture.

Application

SPENGLERSAN cream should be applied morning and evening to cleansed skin. For small inflammations and blemishes, it is advisable to leave the cream on as a mask for about 10 minutes. The residues can be removed with a cotton pad. For cracked skin, eczema, and small inflammations, it is recommended to apply the cream generously to the affected areas several times a day. This cream provides sufficient moisture for sensitive skin and helps to prevent and treat the consequences of skin conditions.
