Application

For optimal results, brush your teeth thoroughly. Remove the larger strip from the foil and place it on your upper teeth. Fold the strip over the back of the teeth and press it firmly. Repeat this step with the smaller strip on your lower teeth. Allow the gel strips to work overnight. Remove the strips the next morning and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
