Application

Place a hazelnut-sized amount of shampoo in your hands, lather it up, and gently massage it into wet hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the shampoo 2 to 3 times a week, as frequent washing can be drying. For heavily soiled hair, the shampoo can also be applied a second time.
