Ingredients

Application

Soak a cotton pad generously with Garnier Micellar Water and place it on the eyes. Let it sit for a moment, then gently wipe across the lashes. Repeat until the makeup is completely removed. Then cleanse the entire face and lips with another soaked cotton pad.
