For optimal results, it is important not to interrupt the gelling process by shaking during cooling. If the jam is boiled again, an additional 30 g of Biofarm Gelierzucker should be added per 1 kg of fruit. The product contains no preservatives, therefore only jams with the usual sugar to fruit ratio (1:1) should be used. Opened jars should be stored in the refrigerator.
