Ingredients

Sucrose, gelling agent: Pectin E440ii, acidifier: Tartaric Acid E334. From conventional farming.

Usage

To achieve the best results, the following steps should be followed:

  • Hot filling jams and jellies: Immediately fill into pre-warmed jars, close with a lid and turn upside down. After 1 minute, turn back upright to avoid passage of air.
  • Filling jams and jellies for freezing: Fill into freezer containers, allow to cool, seal, and freeze.

For optimal results, it is important not to interrupt the gelling process by shaking during cooling. If the jam is to be boiled again, an additional 30 g of Biofarm Gelierzucker per 1 kg of fruit should be added. The product contains no preservatives, therefore only jams with the usual sugar to fruit ratio (1:1) should be used. Opened jars should be stored in the refrigerator.
