Application

To use the daysy cycle computer, it is recommended to measure the temperature under the tongue each morning upon waking. This measurement takes between 30 and 60 seconds and is completed with an acoustic signal. To improve evaluation, menstrual bleeding should also be entered into the app at the start of the cycle.
