Usage

For use, it is recommended to take 5-10 drops of the propolis tincture, which can be mixed with honey in your favorite muesli. Alternatively, 10-25 drops can be diluted in a glass of water for gargling or rinsing. To enhance a tea, 5-10 drops can also be used. It is recommended not to exceed the usage instructions.
