The balloons are made of silicone-free natural rubber.

Application

Follow the steps below:

1. Slide the opening of a balloon over the flat end of the nasal piece.
2. Hold the nasal piece gently against one nostril and close the other nostril with the other hand.
3. Breathe deeply through the mouth and inflate the balloon through the nose.
4. Repeat the process with the other nostril.
5. A change in pressure in the ear should be noticeable.

It is recommended to use the application as needed. The balloons should be replaced after about 20 uses if they lose elasticity.
