LitoFlex is a pure powder made from seeds and shells of the selected Rosa canina ssp. lito variety grown on Langeland in Denmark. The product contains no additives and is intended as a dietary supplement ingredient. A 5 g serving provides 32.8 mg of the rosehip's natural vitamin C. Processing is carried out at low temperatures to preserve heat‑sensitive constituents.

Application

Recommended daily amount 5 g. This equals two scoops of 2.5 g or roughly six capsules of 835 mg. The daily portion can be taken once in the morning or split across two meals. If required, the amount can be temporarily increased to 10 g per day. For capsules, take with 200–300 ml of liquid as the seeds swell. Let the preparation rest a few minutes to improve texture.
